“I have had the privilege of working with Brian on many designs in the last 10 years at least. He is always upbeat and energetic and ready to get to work on a project whenever I contact him. I am impressed in the way he is when he first meets with customers and acts like their design is the only job he is interested in. He gives them 110% of his attention and expertise and that makes the person feel at ease first thing. I remember one particular couple that we met for the first consultation. We all sat at the table and Brian was taking notes, and they were exchanging ideas about their plan. All of a sudden, he flips his pad around and asks "is this what you have in mind?" They looked shocked and exclaimed "that is exactly what we had envisioned, right down to the front elevation, and the main floor plan."  It was an easy finish from there. 

I had seen him do this before so I wasn't quite as shocked, but was still amazed by his talent.
